I was playing around in a small file one day, trying to come up with some cool effects. I discovered one and applied it to a large picture, which turned into this. Surprisingly, it looks somewhat similar to Luminous Essence, although the method is different. Well, not entirely different, I suppose, it does incorporate some of the same steps.
